The NZ College of Public Health Medicine would like to encourage Māori trainee interns and PGY1&2 doctors currently studying/working in NZ to attend its 2016 Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) in Christchurch, 15-16 September. To facilitate attendance, we are offering four scholarships of up to $1000 each. The topics for this year’s meeting are ‘Healthy nutrition’ and ‘Making cities and regions healthier and more sustainable’. More details are available on the NZCPHM website.
The ASM is open to all who are interested in public health or interested in public health medicine as a career. If you would like to apply for a Māori scholarship, please contact the College by 25 July 2016.
